D’Arienzo comes from the Kansas City Zoo where he was the Director of Operations.

Before the Kansas City Zoo, D’Arienzo served as the Plant Human Resources and EHS Manager at Donaldson Company International. He also spent 20 years at the American Multi-Cinema where he became corporate director.
