Amy Ritsema

Amy is a Hope College graduate with a degree in Exercise Science.  She has been working in Corporate Wellness for over 25 years.  She co-founded OnSite Wellness in 2006, and has helped the organization bring positive wellness solutions to well over 70 organizations over the last 10 years.  Amy and her business partner Mary have been finalists for the GRBJ Women Owned Business Award in 2013 and 2015, and have also been finalists for the Grand Rapids Chamber EPIC Award for Women Owned business 2014 & 2015.  And recently received the award for 101 Best & Brightest in Wellness

When away from the office Amy spends most of her free time in the bleachers supporting her 2 children who compete in athletics at the collegiate levels.  To combat the sitting she enjoys boot camp classes and walking.
