On June 29th, the Rotary Club of Grand Rapids will hold its annual “Passing of the Tiller” luncheon during which outgoing 2022-2023 Rotary President Doris Drain will pass the presidential tiller to incoming 2023-2024 Rotary Club of Grand Rapids President Shaun Shira.
