Paula Jastifer – Assessor, City of Grand Rapids

Paula Jastifer is currently the City Assessor for the City of Grand Rapids. She has a Master of Arts in Economics from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Arts from Western Michigan University. Paula has worked in the Assessment Administration profession for over thirty years with various communities around the state, including Wayne County and the City of Allen Park. Paula served as President of the Michigan Assessors Association in 2019 and continues to teach and develop curriculum for the association. She has been a Rotarian for twenty years and is past president of the Rotary Clubs of Allen Park and Grand Rapids, and currently serving as Assistant Governor for District 6290. Paula lives in Grandville with her husband Michael.
