Brian LaFrenier has more than 19 years of experience in public accounting. He serves a wide variety of industries, including health care, manufacturing, construction, and small business.
Brian has extensive experience in the areas of personal and corporate income tax, audit procedures, mergers and acquisitions, financial statement preparation, cash flow, and overhead analysis. He also specializes in choice of entity planning, tax credit consulting, and succession planning. Brian’s approach to service centers on helping clients reach their financial goals.
He attended Aquinas College and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and business administration.

Melissa Boisvert is the Business Development Specialist at Beene Garter, focusing on outsourcing services; which include retirement plan services and payroll services. She has 12 years of experience working with CEOs, executives, and HR professionals to find customized solutions to meet their unique needs and goals. From employer-sponsored retirement plan design and compliance to customized HCM solutions, Melissa ensures her clients have the tools and solutions they need to grow, improve efficiency, and be competitive. Melissa earned her bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University.
