Speaker: Jenn Franson - Founder & Executive Director, iCi Nation
Bio:
Jenn Franson founded iCI Nation in 2015, but her passion for encouraging others, building relationships, and strengthening communities began long before then.
As a single mother of four daughters, Jenn has always believed that small acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference. She recalls a time when a police officer spent several hot summer days stationed outside a neighbor’s home responding to a situation. Wanting to show their appreciation, Jenn and her daughters brought the officer lemonade and cookies, along with a heartfelt thank-you for helping keep their neighborhood safe.
That same spirit of gratitude eventually grew into something much bigger. When her church women’s group wanted to recognize local law enforcement officers and first responders, Jenn stepped forward to build relationships with local departments and organize an event dedicated to honoring their service and commitment to their communities.
Inspired by these experiences, Jenn founded iCI Nation, an organization dedicated to strengthening relationships between law enforcement and the communities they serve. Through community engagement, relationship-building, and opportunities for positive interaction, iCI Nation seeks to bridge divides, foster mutual understanding, and build trust between officers and community members.
With a big heart, contagious energy, and a passion for bringing people together, Jenn encourages individuals to move beyond differences and recognize the important role everyone plays in creating stronger, safer, and more connected communities.
