SNAP A SELFIE AND JOIN THE ROTARY CLUB OF GRAND RAPIDS IN BOOSTING COMMUNITY SERVICE!
Rotary is about helping our communities and families in need through community service – Now there’s a fun way to put extra money behind those efforts. Here’s how it works. When you participate in a community service project between January 1 and March 1, 2017, take a “selfie” and post it on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or LinkedIn with the hashtag #sasgr or #rotarygr. Rotary – Grand Rapids will share the photos at www.serviceselfie.com and pick a list of finalists in early March. The top three choices will receive a cash prize that will be donated to the nonprofit group hosting the community service event.
1. Volunteer at your favorite local nonprofit event
2. Snap a selfie of you or your group in action
3. Post the photo on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or LinkedIn with the hashtag #sasgr or #rotarygr. To ensure that we receive your entry, please either post your photo as a “public” photo under your privacy settings or tag the Rotary Club of Grand Rapids in your post.
4. Tell your friends to share and like your post! The more your post is shared the greater your chance of winning!
