Service Above Self Award Dinner

The second annual Service Above Self Award Dinner was a huge success, raising over $50,000 for the continued philanthropic efforts of the Rotary Club of Grand Rapids Charities Foundation, as well as over $4,500 for things like the Flint Water Crisis and clean water initiatives for countries around the world.

The event honoring the philanthropic legacy of Frederik Meijer with the presentation of the Frederik Meijer Service Above Self Award to the 2016 recipient, Dr. Luis Tomatis took place on Thursday, March 24th.
