This commitment to education and the disabled led them to create this company to provide training and employment opportunities for the disabled community. \nSuzanne Wilcox – Co-Founder of HW Living Venture/Beer City Dog Biscuits \nSuzanne for 18 years has owned an educational consulting business that advocates for families and children with disabilities. Suzanne has started other nonprofits relating to children with disabilities in Ohio. Suzanne was on the International Dyslexia Association in Columbus\, OH for five years. Leslie has been an advocate for her son and the disabled community in Grand Rapids\, MI for over 25 years.
