My 24 years of experience in community health care has prepared me for my role in this new initiative. I have spent the past five years getting to know the health care systems in our community and connecting in a positive way. The success of Tandem365 relies strongly on the ability to understand what health care systems\, physicians\, payers\, patients and caregivers need today and being prepared for a dynamic healthcare industry. I firmly believe that healthcare will continue to fail in the effort to delivery high quality care while at the same time manage the cost of delivering that care. Healthcare providers are confronted every day with situations that challenge them to balance patient needs\, insurance demands\, and regulatory restrictions and yet produce “quality” driven outcomes.
