DESCRIPTION:Tim Selgo – Assistant Vice President\, Mammoth Sports Consulting \nSpeaker Topic: The Future of College Sports and NIL \nBio: \nThe author of Anchor Up: Competitive Greatness the Grand Valley Way\, Make One Play: Impact Your Success\, and Moms and Dads Eat the Brown Bananas\, Tim Selgo had a career of thirty-five years as a leader in college athletics as a coach and administrator.  From 1996 to 2016\, Selgo served as the director of athletics at Grand Valley State University\, leading the Lakers to become the dominant athletics department in NCAA Division II. \nSelgo is a member of four athletic halls of fame: The University of Toledo Athletics Hall of Fame\, the Grand Rapids Sports Hall of Fame\, the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) Hall of Fame\, and the Grand Valley State University Athletics Hall of Fame. \nCurrently\, Selgo is a consultant with Mammoth Sports Consultants and a sought-after speaker on success and leadership. \nSelgo and his wife Terry recently celebrated their 41st wedding anniversary.  They have three children\, Jennifer\, Rachel\, and Daniel\, and five grandsons\, Tray\, RJ\, Tucker\, Henry\, and Burke. \n  \n
