His expertise includes manufacturing culture\, workforce development\, coaching\, leadership development\, performance management\, and organizational development. He spent 7 years as a successful executive search specialist early in his career\, helping companies in manufacturing\, materials processing\, and technology to attract and retain the best talent. Born and raised in Michigan\, Dr. Hamilton has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a PhD degree from Michigan State University\, where he studied Education and International Development Studies. While there\, he received a Fulbright Award to study organizational culture abroad\, focusing on what makes organizations successful. Dr. Hamilton has won praise from colleagues and project partners for his ability to rapidly form trusting and productive relationships with clients and partners to achieve results. He has successfully supported projects in the United States\, Turkey\, Egypt\, Italy\, Nigeria\, Ethiopia\, and other countries. He is fluent in both English and French.
