DESCRIPTION:Baird is the founder of Interfuse Capital LLC\, a private investment company that identifies and funds opportunistic and distressed commercial real estate throughout the U.S.  Baird also acts as a consultant to CRE investors\, developers\, and family offices. \nInterfuse Capital LLC is a leader in alternative investment strategies\, capital raises\, private equity and structured capital for commercial real estate investment. \nLocally in association with Guy Bazzani\, Baird has focused on neighborhood re-development projects to reposition older commercial buildings with new investment.  This urban revitalization strategy enables investors to improve returns while building sustainable communities. \nIn this capacity\, he co-developed the Kingsley Building project in Eastown.
