Swanson-Phillips & Associates
Swanson-Philips & Associates, LLC and its affiliated agencies have been providing Insurance and Employee Benefit services to the West Michigan area for over 30 years. A lot has changed during that time. Over the years changes in the laws affecting your health insurance and your company’s employee benefit programs have become much more intrusive and complex. As the laws have changes so have our services. Today, Swanson-Phillips responsibilities revolve around helping you keep up with the changes in the laws that affect you. This includes assisting corporations with Affordable Care Act compliance and individuals with purchasing appropriate coverage to avoid tax penalties.
Our team of Account Managers is experienced in Department of Labor requirements that may trigger a DOL audit if not complied with. We can assist you in preparing Summary Plan Descriptions, Employee Handbooks, distributing required notices, and COBRA compliance. Our partnership with Zywave allows us to provide monthly newsletter to your HR department on current topics of interest. We can also assist you by sending a personalized monthly newsletter to your employees which topics ranging from Arthritis to Zika!
Please take a few minutes to review the services we provide and the products we offer on the Services page of this site. We are always happy to take your call and discuss how we can help you navigate the complex world created by the Affordable Care Act.
