Matthew Tiedgen
Vice President & Owner

Matt brings extensive advertising industry experience to LEAD Marketing Agency with expertise in delivering positive return on investment, through strategic account planning and management and media planning, buying, and measurement.

While honing his skills in the Chicago advertising scene at agencies including D’Arcy and MediaVest, Matt achieved success for national brands including Buick and Burger King. Since moving to Michigan in 2002, he has developed and implemented revenue-growing strategies for many local and regional clients in varying categories.

Matt is an adjunct professor in Michigan State University’s Department of Advertising, Public Relations, and Retailing, where he teaches Media Planning and Strategy. He holds a BA from Indiana University and MBA from Grand Valley State University

Eric Messink
Supervisor

Eric has extensive industry experience in account management.  He last served as Account Executive for Adams Outdoor Advertising based in Kalamazoo, Michigan where he managed the strategic development of advertising campaigns for a multitude of accounts.

Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising & Public Relations from Grand Valley State University where he was President of the Advertising Club.
